| STS Systems Support, LLC (SSS) is seeking English Language Training Instructors for an English Language Training (ELT) program at Sheppard Air Force Base near Wichita Falls, Texas. The English Language Training Instructor will provide international military students with immersion instruction in American English, in order to prepare students for future technical training. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m, with a one-hour lunch break. The instructor will teach 6 (50-minute) classes each day, with an additional 2 hours for planning. Our class sizes are small! You will teach between 1 and 6 students in your own dedicated classroom. Curriculum is provided for you - we use the American Language Course (ALC) General English program. Instructors will receive training over the curriculum during a 3-week onboarding period. Requirements Requirements/Qualifications: -A 4-year degree in ESL, EFL, TESOL, Linguistics, or Foreign Languages. -At least 3 full academic years of graduate education in ESL, EFL, TESOL, Linguistics, or Foreign Languages. -At least 1 year of full-time, specialized English language instruction experience to adults. -Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
